Answer:   To create an account with us, you need to fill out New Customer form at Sign in page.

Question: I forgot my password?
Answer:   You can retreive your password by using our forgot password system on the Sign in page. After submission of this form, our system will email your password to the email address associated with your account at Rug daddy.

Question: Is there any charge for returns?
Answer:   The only charge you will recieve is the cost of shipping back to us here at Rugdaddy.

Answer:   Yes there is. There is a link named SEARCH located on the top 1/3 of the screen. You can go to this link and use the advanced search feature. Here you can search by Style, Weave, Material, Price, Size, Shape, Color, and Brand. Enjoy.

Question: What is your Price Match Guarantee?
Answer:   Here at Rugdaddy.com we guarantee the lowest price of any product we sell. If you find a competitor with an identicle product at a lower price, we will match that price at a 150%.

Question: How exactly does the 150% work?
Answer:   We will match the price of the competitor, and add an addtional 50% off the difference of the prices. For example if a competitors product is $100 and we are selling it at $150, notify us and the product will be sold to you for $75.

Question: What if I am not satisfied with my product.
Answer:   If you are not 100% satisfied with your product you have 30 days to return it.
